Working closely with the ImproveWell team, Fontis helped turn early concepts into a robust, production-ready digital platform. The app enables healthcare organisations to gather real-time feedback from staff, identify trends, and implement meaningful changes, ultimately improving standards of care and creating a more supportive working environment.
