In response to the ongoing cost of living crisis, Surrey County Council identified the need for a digital tool to help residents explore financial support

Cascade – Rushworthy’s story

Through Cascade, Rushworthy’s village in Zimbabwe was supplied with solar panels, which proved life-changing for Rushworthy, his family and his community

Cascade – Clark and Moses’ story

Entrepeneurs Clark and Moses founded Muvule Financing to help grow the Ugandan economy from the bottom up, supported by a new website developed through Cascade

ORI – virtual hip pain course

Fontis worked with the specialist physio team at the Orthopaedic Research Institute (ORI) to develop a digital version of the CHAIN exercise and education treatment pathway

Prototype – virtual training rooms

These immersive training tools allow professionals to participate in remote training at a time and place that suits them. Can be used for a range of purposes, from medication training and surgical techniques to wellbeing support.

Cancer Matters Wessex – full website development

Fontis worked with a multi-agency team of professionals, alongside people with lived experience, to develop the content and design for this website. The site provides a dedicated source of information on cancer for people in Dorset.

NHS Dorset – Maternity Matters website tools

Fontis worked with NHS Dorset to support the development of key interactive elements of the Maternity Matters website, a valuable resource for expectant and new families in the region.

ImproveWell – app development and support

Fontis played a key role in the early development of this award-winning staff experience app., which gathers real-time feedback

Xyla – Wellbeing Way app

This innovative app provides a range of tools to help people with diabetes take charge of their health, and is used by over 160,000 patients around the UK.

Fontis e-help – flexible health education tools

Our electronic health education and learning platform e-help can be adapted for a variety of uses, to create bespoke apps that support patient health and wellbeing
